Therefore, it is absolutely essential to rigorously inspect and control the quality at every stage—from surface preparation and coating application to pipeline construction. Only by strictly adhering to the specified requirements at each process step can we ensure the quality of every single procedure and the overall quality of the anti-corrosion pipe products. In particular, the preheating process and the coating application stations should be incorporated into the quality inspection system; among these, quality inspection and control of the coating operations should be given top priority.
