  1: Internal epoxy powder coating for internal corrosion protection

  The epoxy powder coating process is currently one of the world's most advanced anti-corrosion methods, offering excellent corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, and strong adhesion. First, the inner surface of the steel pipe is treated by sandblasting to remove rust. Once the rust removal grade meets the specified standards, the pipe is heated using medium-frequency induction heating. After reaching the predetermined temperature, an GP-2000 powder electrostatic spray gun is used to apply the epoxy powder coating onto the steel pipe. The coating thickness is precisely controlled by adjusting the spray rate and the rotation speed of the steel pipe, ensuring it meets the design requirements. Next, the distance between the spraying and cooling stages is carefully regulated according to the curing time recommendations provided by the epoxy powder manufacturer, thereby guaranteeing sufficient curing time and allowing the epoxy powder coating to fully cure. After curing, the coated pipe is immediately cooled with water. Once the cooled pipe has passed the final inspection, it is marked and transferred to the finished-product storage area.

  The IPN8710 anti-corrosion coating for the inner walls of steel pipes is primarily used for transporting drinking water. The IPN8710-1 anti-corrosion coating features a dense coating film with excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, and rust, as well as strong adhesion. Therefore, the IPN8710-1 coating is typically applied as a primer on the inner surface of water supply pipelines. On the other hand, the IPN8710-3 anti-corrosion coating boasts non-toxic properties and antimicrobial resistance, making it commonly used as a topcoat for water supply pipelines.

  The internal cement mortar lining for corrosion protection is primarily used for conveying sewage. There are two main construction methods for internal corrosion protection using cement mortar: the centrifugal method and the spray coating method. The centrifugal method involves using equipment such as a centrifuge to rotate the cement mortar at high speed along with the steel pipe, generating significant centrifugal force that ensures uniform adhesion to the inner wall of the pipe. This method is generally suitable for internal corrosion protection of pipelines with diameters of 400 mm or less. The spray coating method, on the other hand, uses a spraying machine to apply and smooth the cement mortar inside the steel pipe. This method is typically employed for internal corrosion protection of pipelines with diameters of 700 mm or greater.
